Manager of Strategic Accounts at ServiceTrade

Patrick O'Neill is currently the Manager of Strategic Accounts at ServiceTrade. Patrick has been with the company since December 2017 and in their current role for just over a year. Patrick is responsible for mentoring, incentivizing, and coaching a team of senior project managers, project managers, and project coordinators responsible for enterprise-level onboarding. Additionally, they handle pre-sales scoping and solution delivery for complex integrations and partners with Outside Sales to deliver custom product integrations using APIs. When he's not busy with all of that, Patrick also writes knowledge base articles to define implementation processes and requirements.

Prior to joining ServiceTrade, Patrick was with Apple for two years as a Mac Genius. In that role, they built relationships with customers while offering repair and troubleshooting solutions for issues with iPhone, iPod, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and iMac product lines. Patrick was known for being able to translate highly complex technical information into easy-to-understand, step-by-step instructions that non-technical customers could follow with ease.
