Stephanie Mier

Stephanie Mier has extensive work experience in the insurance and claims industry. Stephanie is currently the Chief Insurance Officer at ServiceUp, starting in November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Operations Officer-Claims at PAKT from January 2021 to March 2023. Stephanie also held the position of SVP of Insurance-Claims at Fair.com from July 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they were the Turo Head of Claims Operations at Turo from March 2017 to July 2019. Stephanie also worked as the Head of Claims Operations Western Division at DMA Claims Services, Inc. from October 2013 to March 2017. Their previous roles include Senior P&C Adjuster positions at American Family Insurance, Sentry Insurance Agency, Central Mutual Insurance Co, and Bristol West Insurance Group.

Stephanie Mier holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre/Theater from Arizona State University. Stephanie is also a founding member of Scottsdale Professional Women for Good, an organization based in Grapevine. Additionally, Stephanie has obtained certifications including a Property and Casualty Adjusters License and a Property and Casualty Brokers License from the AZ Department of Insurance.
