Alexis Vera

Alexis Vera possesses extensive legal experience, particularly in the field of tax law, having worked at the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII) since August 2013 in various roles including Abogado Subdirección de Asistencia al Contribuyente and Abogado Subdireccion de Asuntos Corporativos. Responsibilities have ranged from advising on taxpayer assistance to managing transparency and access to public information. Prior experience at the SII from March 2002 to May 2012 involved advisory roles on tax, civil, commercial, and administrative matters. Earlier experience includes a role as an Abogado at Pantoja & Hernandez Abogados asociados. Alexis holds a Magister in Derecho with a concentration in Tributario from Universidad Católica de Chile and a Magister (c) in Derecho Tributario from Universidad de Chile, alongside a degree in Derecho from Universidad Central (CL).
