Héctor R. Romero Carrión

He has extensive law practice in Arecibo. He occupies the position of member of the Executive Committee. He has chaired several important committees on the Board of Directors, such as the evaluation of the Executive Director, among others. He currently chairs the Rules Committee. Both his Juris Doctor (1988) and his bachelor's degree in Economics (1984) were obtained at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
