Lucia Walden Owens MSHR, SHRM-SCP, RACR has over two decades of extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Servicon Systems Inc., a woman-owned business, Lucia previously held positions including Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager at Pharmavite, where Lucia led enterprise-wide talent strategy and developed comprehensive hiring practices. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at multiple organizations such as Carquest Auto Parts and Kroll, as well as HR Business Partner at Aegon. Lucia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
