Amira Manderson

Amira Manderson has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 with Westcott and Associates Ltd. as an Executive Billing and Bookkeeping Assistant. In 2009, they became the General Manager of Crunch Fitness Franchise, where they maintained store inventories and forecast product demand, as well as participating in the hiring and training process and team building. In 2018, they took on the role of Civic Engagement Coordinator at AmeriCorps, where they developed partnerships in the local community and coordinated service learning courses. In 2019, they became a Senior Sales Executive at Sky IT Group, and in 2022 they began working as a Sales Development Representative at Servient, Inc., where they help to power the legal process with their software.

Amira Manderson began their educational journey at Palomar College, where they obtained a Transfer in Political Science and Government from 2009 to 2013. Amira then received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from California State University San Marcos from 2013 to 2015. Following this, they obtained a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation in Political Science and Government from the NYU School of Professional Studies from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, they obtained a Strategic Media Communications degree in Marketing from the NYU School of Professional Studies from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they obtained Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP) from LinkedIn in December 2020 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
