Dianna Deconciliis

Dianna DeConciliis is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Servier Pharmaceuticals, Dianna previously held the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Velsera, where responsibilities included overseeing all talent acquisition efforts post-acquisition of Seven Bridges. At Seven Bridges, Dianna managed the recruitment process for the Science division and executed full recruiting cycles. Prior roles include Talent Manager at Cedrone & O'Neill, Senior Placement Manager at Lightwave Partners, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aspen Square Management, as well as recruitment roles at Aerotek and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
