Katia DA CRUZ currently serves as the Oncology TA and CMVDTA Senior HRBP at Servier since November 2015, where responsibilities include human resources business partnering for Translational Medicine and Drug Non-Clinical Safety and Pharmacokinetics. Prior to this role, Katia held the position of Responsable Ressources Humaines / DRH Adjointe at Morgan Stanley from September 2009 to March 2014, managing various aspects of human resources including training budget, recruitment, compensation policies, and legal compliance. Earlier experience includes working at Faurecia as an Apprentie Formation, Communication et Empowerment employees from September 2007 to August 2009. Katia obtained a Digital Transformation Facilitator degree from ESCP Business School in 2020 and a Master 2 in Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2010.
