Naveen Bhatnagar

Naveen Bhatnagar is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in biologics and technical operations. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Biologics Drug Substance at Servier, Naveen oversees critical activities such as process tech-transfer and capacity expansion for commercially approved products. Previously, as Associate Director of Technical Operations at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, Naveen led the tech-transfer of large biomolecules, including antibodies and vaccines, ensuring GMP manufacturing readiness. Naveen's career also includes significant roles at Momenta Pharmaceuticals, where leadership in GMP activities and global regulatory submissions was paramount, as well as foundational positions at Pharmasol Corporation and Max-GB Limited, focusing on analytical development and synthetic organic chemistry, respectively. Naveen holds a Master's degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Birla Institute of Management Technology.
