Olivier Ruton

Olivier Ruton has extensive experience in digital learning and innovation within the HR sector, currently serving as Head of Digital Learning & HR Innovation at Servier since October 2003. Olivier has held various positions, including Digital Learning Manager and Digital Learning Project Manager, and has led the Collaborative Skill Center within the IMPACT department. Responsibilities include overseeing the Intranet & Collaborative Expertise Hub and defining its missions related to governance, consulting, and standards, utilizing Microsoft solutions such as SharePoint. Prior to Servier, Olivier worked as a Web Development Engineer at Brocelia and Duran Duboi, specializing in PHP, ASP, and contributing to the official Vendée Globe website. Olivier holds a degree from EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique, earned between 1995 and 2000.
