Xiaojiang Zhan

Xiaojiang Zhan has extensive experience in biostatistics and oncology, holding senior leadership positions in prominent pharmaceutical companies. At Servier, Xiaojiang served as Senior Director and Global Head of Oncology Early Phase, Medical Affairs & HERO Biostatistics from July 2021 to September 2021. Prior to this, leadership roles included Director of Biostatistics at Bristol Myers Squibb from November 2019 to July 2021, and Director at Celgene from August 2010 to November 2019, where Xiaojiang also held positions as Associate Director and Principal Statistician. Earlier career experience includes roles as Senior Biometrician and Biometrician at Merck from December 2004 to August 2010. Xiaojiang Zhan holds a PhD and an MS in Statistics, both from Penn State University.
