Ruchi Singh

Ruchi Singh is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience since 2014. Currently, Ruchi serves as the Co-owner and General Manager of Human Resources at Servify, where responsibilities have included strategic leadership in human resource functions and management roles since July 2016. In addition, Ruchi contributes to The Talent Deck as a Community member since June 2022. Prior roles include HR Generalist at B2X Service Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement, and a trainee at SMERA Ratings Ltd., where Ruchi conducted new joinee surveys and exit interviews. Ruchi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Chetana's Institute of Management & Research and a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Thakur College of Science & Commerce.
