Carlos Fernandez Mateos has extensive experience in legal management and administrative processes within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Director of Saneamiento Jurídico at Servihabitat since April 2019, Carlos oversees comprehensive legal sanitation processes for real estate owned properties. Previously, Carlos held managerial roles focusing on judicial and extrajudicial possession processes, safety, and contract formalization at Anticipa Real Estate and Servihabitat. Early career experience includes positions at S2G Deloitte, Bankia, and Caixa Laietana, where Carlos contributed to administrative and commercial operations. Carlos holds a postgraduate degree in Quantitative Techniques for Financial Markets from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña and a degree in Economics from the Universidad de Barcelona.
