Mike Angus has over thirty years of experience in the business and technology industry. Mike began their career in 1991 as a Financial Analyst at Standard Bank. In 1995, they moved to Nedbank where they served as a Manager Payroll and Senior Business Analyst. In 1998, they joined Cap Gemini Ernst and Young as a Manager of Systems Implementation. From 2001 to 2008, they worked at United Airlines as a Director of Financial Planning and Manager of Application Development. From 2008 to 2018, they were with Sears Holdings Corporation in various roles including Senior Director of International Business Development and Licensing, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Finance and IT Strategy. In 2018, they moved to Acumen Solutions as a Director, Account Lead, and Business Development. Most recently, they have been an Engagement Director at Servio Consulting, LLC since 2020.

Mike Angus has been certified by Salesforce in four areas: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. Mike has also obtained certifications from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK).
