Mateo Ponce Montero has extensive experience in project management and customer service within the automotive and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Responsable operaciones Servis / FIRA at Grup Servis since January 2009, Mateo is responsible for identifying needs and proposing appropriate solutions for various projects. Previously, at MAN Truck & Bus Iberia from July 1999 to November 2005, Mateo worked as Asesor de servicio / 2º Jefe taller, focusing on customer service and workshop scheduling for repairs. Mateo holds a degree in Gestión de Compras y Logística from EAE Business School (2007-2008) and a CFGS in Administración y Finanzas from Joan XXIII (1996-1998).
