Stephen Walsh has a diverse work experience. Stephen started their career at TalkTalk as a Technical Support Adviser, where they handled customer queries and eventually took on a role in the model office for the trial of fibre optic broadband. In 2012, they joined Eishtec as a Customer Service Agent and later transitioned to the role of IT Support SME. In 2016, they completed an internship at the Telecommunication Software and Systems Group (TSSG). Stephen's most recent position is at ServisBOT, where they have worked as a Software Engineer and is currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer.
Stephen Walsh attended Waterford Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a BSC (Hons) degree in Applied Computing. In August 2018, they also obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate (DVA) certification from Amazon Web Services.
