Richard Zheng

Richard Zheng is the current President & Founder at Servpac. Prior to this, they were with SystemMetrics Corporation from April 2003 to October 2007 where they served as Network Architect and turned the company from a very small ISP into the largest bandwidth reseller in Hawaii which was eventually acquired by the incumbent phone company. Zheng also has experience with Luhina LLC and Pihana Pacific (also known as DRFortress) where they served as Senior Network Engineer and built the first commercial data center in Hawaii in 1999. Richard's engineering career started with TELUS from January 1999 to December 2001 followed by Shaw Communications from January 1997 to December 1999.

Richard Zheng has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University. Richard is also Cisco certified in CCIE.
