Jessica Ham

Jessica Ham has a diverse work experience. Jessica started their career in 2006 at Valmont Industries, Inc. where they worked as an Inside Sales Coordinator before becoming a Human Resources Office Manager and later a Sales Manager. In 2017, they joined Triad Metals International as a Territory Manager. Jessica then worked at AMC Technology as a Human Resources-Team Infrastructure in 2018. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources and Employee Development at SERVPRO of Chesterfield and SERVPRO of Tri-Cities, Plus, where they previously held the position of Human Resources & Training Manager.

Jessica Ham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Organizational Culture from LinkedIn.
