In 2021, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ACS Consultants, Inc. and later as a Human Resources Specialist at Powerhouse Communications, LLC. In 2023, they joined SERVPRO of Western Lancaster and East York, where they held positions such as Human Resources and Training Manager, Office Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Field Operations.
Ashly Howell completed an Associate of Science degree in Communications from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Notary Public from the National Notary Association.
