Jane Patton

Jane Patton is currently the SMM at Servpro of Winter Park. Prior to that, they were an Account Executive Sales and Project Representative at Harper Limbach from December 2017 to August 2020. At Harper, Patton focused on energy solutions and HVAC mechanical services.

Patton is skilled in developing and executing lunch and learns, as well as managing solution implementation and total solution of HVAC mechanical services. Jane is also experienced in preparing capital equipment budget and planning strategy, as well as working with inside and outside contractors to evaluate proposals. In addition, Patton has successfully created and deployed marketing campaigns, planned trade shows and sustain client relationships.

Patton's personal belief is to reduce owner's Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while increasing profits. This is evident in their work history as they have successfully negotiated legal contracts to meet client needs and build trust for long term relationships with clients. As a result, they have maintained a high retention rate and team deployment of work to be performed, fostering success in the marketplace.
