Charles Whitley

Charles Whitley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charles started their career in 2002 as a Division Manager at Primerica Financial Services and is still currently in that role. In 2008, they joined Dreamland Bar-B-que and worked as a Catering Assistant before being promoted to Assistant Catering Director and then Catering and Special Events Director. In 2017, Charles joined SERVPRO Team Wilson, initially as a Sales and Marketing Representative before becoming the Fire Division Manager and Marketing Representative. Charles later became the Operations Manager for Fire, Contents, and Warehouse, and is currently the Director of Operations.

Charles Whitley obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Auburn University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Hoover High School from 1998 to 2002, focusing on General Studies. In addition to their formal education, Charles Whitley has obtained several certifications, including a Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MSR) from the IICRC in October 2021, a Servesafe certification from the Jefferson County Department of Health in March 2014, and Series 63 and Series 6 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2007.
