Bethany Dorris has over a decade of experience in information technology and customer support, currently serving as the IT Director of Customer Support at SERVPRO since September 2012. Bethany holds a Master's of Science in Information Systems and Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems, both from Middle Tennessee State University.
