Heather Faraci currently serves as a Learning and Development Specialist in Restoration at SERVPRO since October 2020, and also holds a position as an Instructional Designer. Prior to joining SERVPRO, Heather worked at Details Nashville as a Lead Server, managing timesheets and overseeing a food tent service for students. With a long tenure at Cracker Barrel from June 1997 to April 2020, Heather held several roles including Curriculum Manager, where training materials were designed, and Training Coordinator, focused on onboarding new hires and conducting orientations. Previous experience includes serving at Boone's Long Lake Inn and coaching high school cheerleading for Traverse City Area Public Schools. Heather's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Studies from Grand Valley State University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Elementary Education from Northwestern Michigan College, and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Baker College of Muskegon.
