Bethany L. has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Bethany started their career as an Accounting Clerk at Keuka Construction Corp in June 2008 and worked there until October 2012. In October 2012, they joined ServU Federal Credit Union as an Electronic Services Manager and held this position until November 2017. Bethany then became the Card Services and Online Banking Manager until June 2018. From June 2018 to January 2022, Bethany served as the AVP of Digital Channels at ServU Federal Credit Union. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Digital Channels at the same company since January 2022.
Bethany L. earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Accounting from Corning Community College in 2008. Bethany then went on to complete their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting at Elmira College from 2009 to 2011. In 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2017.

ServU Federal Credit Union is a full service financial alternative to a bank. As a member owned financial cooperative, credit unions are not-for-profit. They function to serve their membership. As a result, credit unions are able to pay back higher dividends on savings and charge lower interest on loans. Money that is made by the credit union after overhead is returned to the members as dividends and other financial services. The Credit Union is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors. These Board members are elected each year by the credit union membership. Today ServU Credit Union serves over 40,000 members. Membership is open to anyone living, working, worshiping or attending school in the following counties: New York Counties: Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chemung, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wyoming or Yates Pennsylvania Counties: Bradford, McKean, Potter, or Tioga
