Jim Dayman

Jim Dayman, MBA has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Jim currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Strategy & Transformation at Servus Credit Union since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President Payments and Channel Modernization, Senior Vice President Retail Banking, Vice President Direct Banking, Assistant Vice President Direct Banking, and Senior Manager in the Member Contact Centre at Servus Credit Union between 2009 and 2022. Earlier in their career, Jim held various roles at Servus Credit Union, including Branch Manager and Member Service Officer. Jim has been with the company since 1999.

Jim Dayman, MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration (Executive - MBA) degree in Leadership, Strategy, & Management Theory & Practice from the University of Alberta from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Management degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing from The University of Lethbridge between 1995 and 1999.
