Kathryn Bean

Kathryn Bean currently serves as a Senior Consultant in the Enterprise Change Management Office at Servus Credit Union, a position held since January 2023. Additionally, Kathryn has been the Director at Coaching.com Foundation since August 2017, focusing on enhancing nonprofit and philanthropic initiatives through leadership coaching. Previously, Kathryn gained extensive experience at TELUS between April 2003 and March 2019, holding multiple roles including Senior Strategy Manager for Business Transformation and Regional Chair of Ottawa Connections. Kathryn holds a BA in Recreation & Leisure Studies with a Business Option from the University of Waterloo and a Certificate in Workplace Wellness & Health Promotion from Centennial College.
