Edward Kacal has been at the helm of Servus Limited since 2013 and brought 30+ years of experience in company acquisition and mergers, capital intensive projects in the manufacturing sector, and organizational transformation projects to the table. Edward also lectures part-time at the University of the West Indies (UWI) in MSc programs in Project Management and in Strategic Planning. Edward likens being CEO to that of a being a good sailor. A good sailor rises to the challenge of a stormy windy day. So too does a CEO as they navigate turbulent economic conditions on a constant basis.
