Charles Valentine is an accomplished leader in the urethane industry with extensive experience in operations, sales, and business management. Currently serving as President of Spray Foam at Holcim Building Envelope, Valentine oversees P&L responsibilities and leads various teams to ensure efficient and profitable operations. Previously, as COO at SES Foam LLC, Valentine facilitated significant growth from $26MM to $130MM prior to its acquisition by Holcim. With a strong foundation in research and development, Valentine also held key positions at Bayer, ARCO Chemicals, and Imperial Chemical Industries, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving sales and strategic growth. Valentine holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
