Earlier experience includes roles as Vice President of Collateral Protection Insurance at Balboa Insurance Group and Underwriting Manager at American Sterling. Helen holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine.
