Todd Gossett

Vice President, Space and National Security Initiatives at SES Space & Defense

Todd Gossett has a strong background in the aerospace and defense industry. Todd began their career with the United States Air Force in 1989, where they held various positions until 2015. In 2015, Gossett joined SES Government Solutions as a Senior Director of Hosted Payloads. Todd quickly advanced within the company, becoming Vice President of Corporate Development in 2018. Todd then took on the role of Vice President of Corporate Development and Director of Staff in 2021, and later served as Corporate Vice President and Director of Staff in 2022. Currently, Gossett holds the position of Vice President of Space and National Security Initiatives at SES Space & Defense, starting in 2022.

Todd Gossett has a strong educational background, with a focus on national security and military studies. Todd obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1988. In 1993, they completed their Master's of Aeronautical Science in Aviation/Aerospace Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Todd furthered their education with a Master's degree in Military Operational Arts and Sciences from the Air Command and Staff College in 2001.

Gossett also attended the U.S. Naval War College in 2005, where they pursued a Master's degree in National Security Strategic Studies in the College of Naval Warfare. In 2010, they completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership and the Joint & Combined Warfighting School at the Joint Forces Staff College.

In addition to their academic achievements, Gossett holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from The Project Management Institute (PMI). Further details regarding the date of certification are not available.
