Anastasia Nazare

Anastasia Nazare is a Senior Specialist in Talent Management & Belonging at SES Satellites, where responsibilities include developing global belonging strategies, managing performance management cycles, and overseeing diversity and inclusion initiatives. With extensive experience in talent management, Anastasia has played a key role in designing and implementing D&I programs and frameworks, as well as organizing global belonging events. Prior to her current role, Anastasia held multiple positions focused on diversity and inclusion, project management, and social media management across various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Luxembourg and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Crete.
