Aparna Parikh

Aparna Parikh is a highly experienced software engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Software Engineer at SES Satellites since July 2025, Aparna previously held senior roles at Intelsat from December 2020 to August 2025, progressing from Principal Software Engineer to Senior Principal Software Engineer. Prior to that, Aparna worked at Gogo as Lead Engineer and Senior Software Engineer from April 2015 to December 2020. Aparna’s career also includes significant tenure at ThoughtWorks from 1999 to January 2015, holding various positions including Lead Consultant. Early career experience includes a role as Programmer Analyst at Automated Securities Clearance - BRASS from 1995 to 1998. Aparna Parikh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, obtained in 1995, and completed secondary education at Vidya Bhavan High School.
