Christos Politis

Christos Politis, PhD, has extensive experience in the field of communications systems, currently serving as a Senior Engineer at SES Satellites since January 2018. Prior to this role, Politis held the position of Engineer in Digital Communication Systems at the same company and worked as a PhD Researcher at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust from September 2014 to December 2017. Additional experience includes an internship in Satellite Communications at the Centre National d'Études Spatiales in 2012. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Space Communication Systems obtained from ISAE-SUPAERO (2011-2012) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Patras (2004-2011). Further professional development was pursued at Newcastle University in 2013-2014.
