Cornelia Naumof

Cornelia Naumof is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational culture. Currently serving as VP of People & Culture at SES Satellites since April 2016, Naumof leads a dedicated team to enhance workplace dynamics globally, overseeing areas including diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and employee engagement. Prior roles at O3b Networks included Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Manager, where Naumof focused on creating empowering work environments.
