Matteo Aquilano

Matteo Aquilano is a Senior Engineer in Flight Dynamics at SES Satellites, contributing to safe and efficient station-keeping of the SES satellite fleet since January 2016. Previously, Matteo held the position of Flight Dynamics Engineer and began with SES Satellites as an intern focusing on optimal all-electric GTO to GEO transfer strategies. Prior experience includes working as an Aircraft Handling Agent at FedEx, ensuring timely departures and coordinating pre and post-flight activities. Matteo's education encompasses a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Università di Pisa, a Master's in Space Studies from the International Space University, a Master of Science in Space Engineering from Università di Pisa, a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering from The Open University, and ongoing doctoral studies in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Luxembourg.
