Segolene Falandry

Segolene Falandry currently serves as the Senior Vice President of HR at SES Satellites since February 2015, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Global HR Senior Director at Philips, where responsibilities spanned various divisions such as Domestic Appliances and Innovation & Development. At Philips, notable achievements included defining new operating models, leading reorganizations, and enhancing employee engagement through strategic talent development. Prior to Philips, Segolene held HR management positions at Dolphin Telecom, where HR functions were established for a start-up, and as a lawyer at LA MAISON BINEAU and SCP Latrille, Rona, Cozzolino. Educational credentials include a DEA in Law and HR, and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
