Sergio Carlos is currently the Director of Quality & Reliability at Intelsat, having held the position since 2020. They also serve as the Director of Quality and Reliability at SES Satellites since 2025. Previously, Sergio worked as the Director of Quality for Gogo from 2017 to 2020 and as the Director of Quality in Aerospace at Avidyne from 2013 to 2017. Sergio's experience includes roles as a Manufacturing/Technology Manager at Vitro and numerous quality management positions. They are pursuing a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, building on a Master of Science degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Regiomontana, A.C.
