Dejen Eshete began their work experience in 2011 as the Advanced Packaging Research and Development Laboratory Manager at Micron Technology. Dejen then joined Intel Corporation in 2016 as a Sr. Reliability Engineer and worked there until 2019. In 2018, Eshete joined FlipChip International, first as the Director of Quality/Reliability Engineering and Supply Management, and later became the Director of Quality, Reliability, and Supply Chain Management, responsible for leading multiple organizations and overseeing quality systems, compliance, and reliability testing.
Dejen Eshete completed their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from San Jose State University, although the specific field of study is unknown.
