Victor Kogan

Victor Kogan has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Service Desk at SES Satellites since May 2007. Previously, Victor held the position of Manager of Site Support for North America and was a Senior Technician - Level III at the same company. Prior to this role, Victor worked at Integra LifeSciences from September 2006 to May 2007 as an IM Support Specialist II, where responsibilities included providing customer-facing support to internal employees, troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and software configurations, as well as managing Active Directory accounts and security groups.
