Emma Penrose

Emma Penrose has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Emma serves as the Head of Colleague Propositions at Sesame Bankhall Group, where employment began in December 2003, following a progression through various HR roles including HR Business Partner and HR Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Assistant at Matalan from April 2002 to December 2003. Emma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northumbria University. Education was completed at Trinity C of E High School in Manchester.
