Catherine Maloof

Catherine Maloof is a dedicated educational content manager with extensive experience in promoting inclusivity and cultural representation in children's media, currently serving as the Manager of Global Educational Content Planning & Integration at Sesame Workshop. Catherine co-leads an in-house cultural consulting group, develops frameworks for authentic representation, and manages partnerships with external experts. Previous roles include managing educational content for the Coming Together initiative and serving as a teacher and policy fellow focused on equity and educational improvement. Catherine's background includes founding the Harvard Conference for Gender and Sexuality and working as a teacher at a Title I school, demonstrating a commitment to advocacy and support for diverse communities. Catherine holds an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA from Duke University.
