Helena Schneider

Helena Schneider is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in chemical engineering and innovation. Currently serving as an Innovation Analyst at SESI/RS since July 2022, Helena is also a PhD student at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Previously, Helena co-founded ZeoFertil, a startup focused on agricultural solutions, and engaged in multiple internships and research positions at prominent organizations including The Dow Chemical Company and ArcelorMittal. Helena has been involved in various projects, ranging from benchmarking product lines to investigating agricultural applications of zeolites, and has contributed to academic research with a poster presentation at a major food science congress. Helena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and an Engineer's degree from Centrale Lille, as well as a Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
