Brian Quach has a long history of work experience in software engineering. Brian began their career in 2008 as a Student Application Developer at UC Santa Barbara, where they helped redesign the financial aid website. In 2010, they moved to CheapAir as a Software Developer, where they collaborated with the president and business team to develop 3 consumer-facing websites and utilized A/B testing for UI/UX experience. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Tokio Marine HCC as a Programmer Analyst, where they oversaw development of 2 web applications built using MVC and Single Page App paradigms, maintained RESTful API using ServiceStack and Single Page Architecture using AngularJS, and refactored code like data processing to cut load times by 50%. Brian then joined BuildingConnected, an Autodesk product, in 2017 as an Engineering Lead and Software Engineer. In 2019, they moved to Autodesk as a Software Engineering Manager, Autodesk Construction Solutions. Most recently, in 2021, they joined SupplyHound as Head Of Engineering. In 2023, they began working at Seso Inc. as a Software Engineer.
Brian Quach has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. Brian has also obtained a number of certifications, including a Front-End Web Developer Nanodegree from Udacity in January 2017, an Algorithms: Design and Analysis, Part 1 certificate from Coursera Course Certificates in November 2016, and a Full Stack Web Developer Nanodegree from Udacity in July 2016.
