Rick Ganz

Rick Ganz is currently the Head of Business Operations at Seso. Prior to this, they were an MBA Associate at Ardent Venture Partners from June 2021 to June 2022. Rick was also an MBA Candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management from January 2020 to December 2022. From January 2017 to June 2020, Rick Ganz worked at Indeed.com as the Manager of Global Sales & Client Success Strategy. In this role, they managed 5 direct reports, including Product Managers and Engineers. Rick also oversaw senior leadership’s strategic priorities for Indeed’s internal platforms. Furthermore, Rick Ganz led a cross-functional Task Force to create alignment between the Engineering, Product, Strategy, Sales, and Client Success organizations. Before working at Indeed.com, Rick Ganz worked at Applied Predictive Technologies from January 2013 to December 2017 as a Senior Solutions Provider for Enterprise Sales. In this role, they onboarded and mentored 10 new hires on the sales team and led bi-weekly trainings on topics such as effective prospecting. Additionally, they managed the full lifecycle of sales processes with Global 2000 C-Level executives and closed new business with total contract values exceeding $11MM.

Rick Ganz has a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. Rick also attended Northern Valley Regional High School at Demarest.
