Ashley Scantlebury

Ashley Scantlebury serves as Partner L&D Manager at Sessions since January 2024. Previously, Ashley held the position of Operations Manager at buns from home, managing area general managers, leading new bakery site openings, and overseeing health and safety standards. Ashley’s experience also includes roles as Head of Operations at Luminary Bakery and Bloombox Club, where responsibilities encompassed improving digital systems, managing stock inventory, and leading compliance projects. Other positions include Operations Project Manager at Wholegood, Account Manager at The Bread Factory, and Food Training Manager at GAIL's Bakery. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from The University of Manchester (2011-2014).
