Ian Banks currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Sessions since March 2020. Prior experience includes Finance Director at Camm and Hooper from August 2019 to May 2021, and a brief role as Interim CFO at SWEAT! GYMS in early 2019. Ian held the dual roles of CEO and Finance Director at We Are Bar Group from October 2015 to March 2019, and served as CFO at Soho House & Co from March 2013 to November 2014, overseeing a global finance function. Previous positions include Head of Finance at Barracuda Pub Company and Interim Finance Partner at Lloyds Banking Group, along with co-founding Memorable Pubs Limited. Ian's early career included roles at Spirit Pub Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ian holds a BSc in Recreation Management from Loughborough University and is a qualified ACA from Price Waterhouse.
