Shirin Dewerpe Kouros

Shirin Dewerpe Kouros is an experienced culinary and business professional with a strong background in restaurant management and development. Currently serving as the Interim Incubator Director and Advisory Board Member at Sessions since January 2022, Shirin also holds the role of Ambassador at Huckletree since September 2020. Shirin co-founded The Good Life Eatery, contributing to its operations from August 2013 to August 2021. Previous experience includes serving as a Food Development and Strategic Advisor at Felix Roasting Company and as a Chef at Daniel NYC. Shirin's educational background includes a degree in Classic Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from The French Culinary Institute and a degree in Economics and Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
