Caroline-Aurélie Corthouts has a diverse work experience history. Caroline-Aurélie started their career at Coca-Cola European Partners as a Summer Intern in the Finance Department in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Intern at KPMG in the Financial Management department. Later that year, they joined MUFG as a Summer Analyst in the Corporate Banking and Credit Division. Caroline-Aurélie continued working at MUFG, progressing from the role of Analyst in the Corporate Banking Division EMEA from 2018 to 2021, and then as an Associate in the same division from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, in 2022, Caroline-Aurélie Corthouts joined Sessions as Chief of Staff. Caroline-Aurélie later transitioned to the role of Director of Operations in the same company.

Caroline-Aurélie Corthouts began their education in 2006 at TASIS England, where they studied for a year. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2012, they attended The American School of The Hague. Following their time there, they pursued their education at Oslo International School from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Caroline-Aurélie enrolled at the University of St Andrews, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics in 2018.

In addition to their academic achievements, Caroline-Aurélie has obtained certifications from the Association of Corporate Treasurers. In July 2019, they received a Certificate in Treasury Fundamentals, and in June 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Treasury.
