Mo R. is an experienced professional in operations and customer success, currently serving as the Founder of Preshift since March 2023. Prior to this, Mo R. held significant roles at theUp.co (ServedUp/ChargedUp) from April 2022 to June 2023, including Head of Customer Success and Customer Success Lead. Mo R. also worked as Operations Manager at 43 North from January 2021 to February 2022 and at Wolf At The Door from February 2019 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Living Ventures Group of Companies from July 2010 to August 2016, where Mo R. progressed through various positions, ultimately serving as General Manager, as well as holding roles as Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Manager.
