Chad Issaq serves as the CEO of Set Creative, a WPP Experiential Agency, since July 2023. Prior to this role, Chad was the EVP of Business Development & Partnerships at Superfly from November 2012 to July 2023, where Chad played a crucial role in producing over 50 nationally recognized festivals, including the launch of renowned events such as Bonnaroo and Outside Lands. Additionally, Chad co-founded the Superfly agency division, focusing on monetization and growth in festival and event revenue streams, agency client development, and organizational expansion. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at Superfly Productions from March 2002 to June 2008 and as an Account Executive/Sales Manager at Clear Channel Broadcasting from January 1998 to September 2001, where responsibilities included radio sales and event production. Chad holds a degree in Hotel, Tourism, Marketing, and Entertainment from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completed in 1997.
